This Privacy Policy describes how AnomIQ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, processes, and protects your personal information and technical configurations through our real-time market data monitoring terminal and related services (the “Services”).

Your trading logic is private. Our commitment is to provide the infrastructure, not to monitor your edge.

1. Information Collection & Purpose

We only collect information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our 24/7 server-side monitoring services.

  • Account Information: We collect your email address and authentication credentials for secure dashboard access and service communications.
  • Integration Data: For users opting into external notifications, we store routing metadata, such as Telegram Chat IDs or encrypted ntfy push notification tokens.
  • Configuration Data: We securely store your custom multi-timeframe scanner parameters and filter settings. To facilitate historical review, we retain a rolling history of your last 200 triggered data events.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymized technical data (browser type, IP address, and timestamp) to optimize our server performance and prevent infrastructure abuse.

2. Our Stance on Data Sovereignty

We do not sell your personal data, custom scanner configurations, or notification history to third parties, data brokers, or financial institutions. Your custom filters and strategies are your intellectual property. Our access is restricted to the technical automation required to run your scanners on our cloud infrastructure.

3. Third-Party Data & Payments

AnomIQ does not scrape or purchase data from third-party brokers. We receive limited data from our Merchant of Record (MoR) to verify your subscription status.

  • Payment Security: We never store or process raw credit card numbers or sensitive financial billing details on our servers. All transactions are handled by our secure payment partners.
  • Sub-Processors: We use reliable technical sub-processors (such as cloud hosting and notification routing services) to deliver our services. These partners are vetted for compliance with global privacy standards.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services. Configuration data and notification history are deleted upon account termination or at your request.

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK), you have the following rights:

  • Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Rectification & Erasure: Request that we correct or delete your personal information.
  • Objection & Restriction: Object to or restrict the processing of your data under specific conditions.

5. Security & Minors

  • Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your configurations and account data.
  • Minors: Our Services are intended for professional use and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Policy Updates & Contact

If AnomIQ is involved in a merger or asset sale, your information may be transferred, subject to the same protections in this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes.
