Welcome to AnomIQ. By accessing our website (anomiq.io), using our real-time scanning terminal, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ANOMIQ PROVIDES DATA INFRASTRUCTURE FOR MARKET MONITORING. WE DO NOT HANDLE USER FUNDS OR EXECUTE TRADES.

1. Nature of Service

AnomIQ provides a professional-grade market data scanning and notification infrastructure.

  • Data Provision Only: We provide raw and aggregated market data, statistical analysis (e.g., Z-scores), and notification routing.
  • No Trading or Custody: AnomIQ does not execute trades, provide a trading platform, or manage user funds. We never have access to your exchange accounts, trading API keys, or private keys.
  • No Financial Advice: Our notifications are mathematically verified market anomalies based on volume and liquidity thresholds. They are not financial signals or “buy/sell” recommendations. All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

2. Payments and Subscription Management

AnomIQ partners with a Merchant of Record (“MoR”) to provide secure global payment processing and tax compliance.

  • Processing: When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by our MoR. They act as the legal seller of the service and handle all billing, global taxes (VAT/GST), and regional compliance.
  • Subscriptions: All service plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Billing Portal accessible via the AnomIQ dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: We want you to be confident in your data tools. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If AnomIQ doesn’t fit your trading workflow, contact support@anomiq.io within the first 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
  • Policy Limitations: To prevent system abuse, refunds are limited to one per customer. AnomIQ reserves the right to refuse refund requests that follow a pattern of account “cycling” or systematic abuse of our data infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell Data: You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell the raw data or notifications provided by AnomIQ to third parties.
  • Reverse Engineer: You may not attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary scanning algorithms or statistical methodologies.
  • Infrastructure Integrity: You may not use automated scripts to stress our infrastructure beyond normal intended usage.

4. Risk Disclosure & Liability

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING CARRIES A HIGH LEVEL OF RISK AND MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE ACCESSING THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  • Data Accuracy: While we strive for “zero lag” performance, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or the absolute accuracy of data provided by third-party exchanges.
  • No Liability: AnomIQ, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed trades, or technical errors resulting from the use of our scanner. AnomIQ is a data provider, not a financial advisor.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AnomIQ if we suspect a violation of these terms or if your usage patterns suggest malicious intent toward our infrastructure.
